Η Κατερίνα Χαραλαμπίδου είναι Founder & CEO της wedo.insure, ανεξάρτητη ασφαλιστική σύμβουλος από το 1997 και μέλος του MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) από το 2019. Για την περίοδο 2025-2026 υπηρετεί ως MDRT Greece Country Chair, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξη της επαγγελματικής αριστείας και της ασφαλιστικής κουλτούρας στην ελληνική αγορά.
Εξειδικεύεται στην ασφάλιση ζωής, υγείας και προστασίας εισοδήματος, με έμφαση στη συμβουλευτική προσέγγιση και την ανάλυση αναγκών. Πιστεύει στη δύναμη της ομαδικότητας, της συνεργασίας και της ανταλλαγής γνώσης ως μοχλών εξέλιξης για τον κλάδο.
Έχει συμμετάσχει ως ομιλήτρια σε συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, στην τηλεοπτική εκπομπή «Action Τώρα», εκδίδει το ετήσιο wedo.insure Magazine, είναι συγγραφέας του παιδικού βιβλίου «Τόσο πολύ σε αγαπώ» το οποίο εισάγει τα παιδιά στις βασικές έννοιες της ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης, και αρθρογραφεί στην Insurance Daily News με τη στήλη «Μιλώντας Ασφαλιστικά». Καθοδηγείται από την πεποίθηση ότι «το να νοιάζεσαι πραγματικά μπορεί να αλλάξει τον κόσμο».

She has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and abroad, appeared on the television program “Action Now”, publishes the annual wedo.insure Magazine, is the author of the children’s book “I Love You to the moon and back”, which introduces children to the basic principles of private insurance, and regularly contributes to Insurance Daily News through her column “Talking Insurance”. She is guided by the belief that “truly caring can change the world.”
