Ο Μανώλης Μαρσέλλος είναι Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος & Συνιδρυτής του Insurancemarket.gr, της κορυφαίας online πλατφόρμας σύγκρισης και αγοράς ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων στην Ελλάδα, η οποία έχει αλλάξει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι καταναλωτές επιλέγουν και αγοράζουν ασφάλιση. Στα περισσότερα από 15 χρόνια πορείας του έχει συμβάλει καθοριστικά στον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό της ελληνικής ασφαλιστικής αγοράς, με στόχο τη διαρκή καινοτομία, την αξιοποίηση της τεχνολογίας και την αναβάθμιση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη.
Παράλληλα με τις σπουδές του στα Οικονομικά στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιά, σε ηλικία μόλις 18 ετών ξεκίνησε την επιχειρηματική του διαδρομή ιδρύοντας την πρώτη του εταιρεία ασφαλιστικής διαμεσολάβησης. Η πορεία αυτή τον οδήγησε λίγα χρόνια αργότερα στη δημιουργία του Insurancemarket.gr (2011), που εξελίχθηκε στον αδιαμφισβήτητο ηγέτη της online αγοράς ασφάλισης στην Ελλάδα.
Έχει παρακολουθήσει κορυφαία προγράμματα ηγεσίας και επιχειρηματικότητας στο Harvard Business School (Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures, 2016) και στο INSEAD (Leadership Scale Program, 2022). Έχει επίσης εκπαιδευτεί στις μεθοδολογίες Agile & Scrum, καθώς και στο πρόγραμμα Entrepreneurial Innovation της ολλανδικής Innovation Boosters. Από το 2014 είναι μέλος του διεθνούς δικτύου Endeavor Entrepreneurs, έχει συμπεριληφθεί στη λίστα “40 under 40” του Fortune Ελλάδας, είναι μέλος του Fortune Greece Network, έχει διατελέσει μέλος του Sales Advisory Board της Eurolife FFH και το 2025 τιμήθηκε με τον τίτλο Top Elite ESG CEO για τη δέσμευσή του στη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη.
Πέρα από τον επιχειρηματικό στίβο, ο Μανώλης έχει ξεχωρίσει και στον αθλητισμό. Είναι Πρωταθλητής Ευρώπης στην ιστιοπλοΐα στην κατηγορία Finn, έχοντας κατακτήσει σειρά εθνικών και
διεθνών τίτλων. Έχει τερματίσει δύο Μαραθώνιους (Αθήνας και Ρότερνταμ) και έχει συμμετάσχει σε αγώνες ποδηλασίας αντοχής έως και 200 χιλιομέτρων, αντλώντας από τον αθλητισμό την πειθαρχία και την ανθεκτικότητα που χαρακτηρίζουν την ηγετική του πορεία.

Alongside his studies in Economics at the University of Piraeus, he began his entrepreneurial journey at just 18 years old by founding his first insurance brokerage company. This path led him a few years later to the creation of Insurancemarket.gr (2011), which has since become the undisputed leader in Greece’s online insurance market.
He has attended top leadership and entrepreneurship programs at Harvard Business School (Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures, 2016) and INSEAD (Leadership Scale Program, 2022). He has also been trained in Agile & Scrum methodologies, as well as in the Entrepreneurial Innovation program of the Dutch Innovation Boosters. Since 2014, he has been a member of the global Endeavor Entrepreneurs network, has been included in Fortune Greece’s “40 under 40” list, is a member of the Fortune Greece Network, has served on the Sales Advisory Board of Eurolife FFH, and in 2025 was honored with the title of Top Elite ESG CEO for his commitment to sustainable development.
Beyond the business arena, Manolis has also distinguished himself in sports. He is a European Champion in sailing in the Finn class, having won numerous national and international titles. He has completed two marathons (Athens and Rotterdam) and has participated in endurance cycling races of up to 200 kilometers, drawing from sports the discipline and resilience that define his leadership journey.
